  • Delivery to the "Nova Poshta" branch

The cost of delivery to the branch and post office:


Tracking of shipments is carried out by track number on the website of the carrier "Nova Poshta" at the address: https://novaposhta.ua/

  • Address delivery by "Nova Poshta" courier throughout Ukraine + UAH 35 for shipments up to 30 kg. Address delivery is carried out at the address, street, building, city, index.

In case of loss of your parcel by any of the carriers, you need to contact our contact center using the phone numbers in the Contacts section. We will endeavor to send you replacement items as soon as possible.

  • Pickup

Self-pickup of the ordered goods is carried out daily from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. from our factory at the address: Horishni Plavni str. Embankment 51.

Please note that "Postpaid" is made according to Nova Poshta tariffs. Commission 2% of the order amount + UAH 20.
