You can return or exchange the goods within 14 days after delivery of the order. This right is guaranteed by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

Returns are made only in case of defects or non-compliance with the order.

To return an item, please make sure that

  • all tags and labels saved;
  • the goods you ordered are subject to return and exchange.

It will take us 1 to 3 business days to process the return/exchange request.

Please note: returns and exchanges can be made only after prior agreement with our manager.

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 172 of March 19, 1994 on the implementation of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection", the following items are not subject to return

  • bed linen, towels, bedspreads;
  • underwear.

Through Nova Poshta offices

The data for sending by Nova Poshta will be provided during the processing of the return request. Sending goods for exchange or return is at the buyer's expense.

In all cases where the return is due to improper quality or non-compliance with the order, the return/exchange is made at our expense.

The procedure for returning money

We will be able to refund or exchange the goods within 2-3 business days from the date of receipt of the goods at the warehouse.

Refunds are made to a bank card, the number of which must be indicated in the return application.

Refunds are made only after receiving and checking the goods that we have accepted for return.
